    Scott Moseley joined the Infrastructure team in 2007 and was made Partner in 2012. Scott became Managing Partner and Co-Head of European Infrastructure in July 2022 and is also a member of 3i’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee.

    Together with Bernardo Sottomayor, Scott is responsible for managing a team with approximately £6bn in invested capital across four Infrastructure funds, including our flagship fund, 3i Infrastructure plc, which has achieved asset level returns of 19% p.a. since its inception.

    Scott has direct investment experience across various sub-sectors including Digital Infrastructure (Tampnet and GCX), Energy (Elenia and ESVAGT), Transportation (Eversholt Rail Group) and Social Infrastructure (Cross London Trains).

    Bernardo became Managing Partner, Co-Head of European Infrastructure alongside Scott Moseley in July 2022 and is a member of 3i Group's Executive and Investment Committees. He joined 3i’s Infrastructure team in London in 2015, and with Scott leads the team’s origination and execution platform. He was a senior deal team member on investments by the Company including Joulz, TCR, Infinis, Attero, Alkane Energy and Ionisos.

    Bernardo holds board positions at TCR, Attero and Joulz.

    Bernardo has over 20 years’ experience of investing and advising in infrastructure and was previously a partner at Antin Infrastructure, which managed funds investing in infrastructure opportunities across Europe. Prior to Antin, Bernardo was Managing Director, Head of Acquisitions for Deutsche Bank’s European infrastructure fund. His prior experience was in utilities, as Head of M&A at Energias de Portugal, and in infrastructure advisory with UBS and Citigroup.

    James is Chief Financial Officer (‘CFO’) of 3i’s Infrastructure business and joined 3i in January 2016.

    He manages the operational, financial and reporting requirements for the Infrastructure business within 3i Group, as well as performing CFO duties for 3i Infrastructure.

    Prior to joining 3i, James was with Legal & General Investment Management, where he held a number of senior finance roles, including Finance Director of LGV Capital from 2007 to 2015.

    Aaron joined 3i in 2013 and is a Partner in 3i’s Infrastructure team in London, where his focus is on origination, execution and asset management of economic infrastructure investments.

    He has extensive infrastructure investing experience across the transport, utilities, energy and waste sectors. He was a senior deal team member on the acquisitions of Joulz, Attero, Tampnet, Infinis, Oiltanking Ghent/Terneuzen and ESVAGT.

    Aaron is currently a non-executive Director of Joulz and Oystercatcher.

    Prior to joining 3i, he was an infrastructure investor at HRL Morrison & Co in Europe and Australasia, having started his career at the Boston Consulting Group.

    Anna Dellis joined the Infrastructure team in 2006 and became a partner in 2018.   Since then she leads asset management for the portfolio of economic infrastructure investment held in funds 3i Infrastructure plc and 3i Managed Infrastructure Acquisitions Limited.   This role includes oversight of portfolio company performance; recruitment of board members and senior executives for portfolio companies; and delivery of cross-portfolio initiatives to protect and grow value.

    Anna has direct investment experience across a number of sectors including oil storage (Oystercatcher); utilities (Elenia and ESP) and transport (Eversholt and BCA).  Currently she represents Oystercatcher on the board of Advario Singapore Limited.   Since August 2022 she is responsible for the team’s investment in DNS:NET which is rolling out fibre-to-the-home in the Berlin vicinity.

    Prior to joining 3i Anna qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and advised on infrastructure finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers.   She has a degree in German and French from the University of Nottingham.

    Thomas is Investor Relations Partner for 3i Group’s Infrastructure business and joined in February 2016. He leads investor relations and fundraising efforts across the 3i European Infrastructure business. Thomas is the first point of contact for 3i Infrastructure plc shareholders and he oversees co-investment activities in the 3i Infrastructure portfolio.

    Prior to joining 3i, Thomas worked in the private placement team at HSBC, where he advised General Partners on fundraising in Europe and Asia. Thomas started his career at Lehman Brothers where he focused on private placements and fundraising for alternative investment funds.

    Thomas holds a Master in Finance and Business Administration from HEC, Paris.

    Oscar joined 3i in 2013 and was appointed Partner in July 2023. He is responsible for the origination, execution and asset management of infrastructure investments. His transaction experience includes ESVAGT, East Surrey Pipelines, Infinis, Alkane Energy, Elenia and Tampnet. He is currently on the boards of Tampnet and ESVAGT. 

    Prior to joining 3i, Oscar worked in the investment banking department of Macquarie, with a focus on power and utilities.

    Oscar holds a MSc in Economics from Uppsala University.
