EU Key Information Document (KID)
3i Investments plc (the “Investment Manager”) produces and publishes an EU Key Information Document (“KID”) under Regulation (EU) 1286/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council on key information documents for packaged retail and insurance-based investment products (PRIIPs) (the “Regulation”). The Investment Manager is required to follow the Regulation’s prescribed methodology in preparing the KID, including for the determination of the Summary Risk Indicator and calculation of the Performance Scenarios.
